- 2-3 day shipping with UPS
- Flat fee shipping  - $10.00 for orders under $200
- FREE shipping for orders over $200
- Tracking number supplied with the confirmation email.  
- Insurance up to $100 value.

Rest of Canada:
- 2-4 day shipping with UPS
- Flat fee shipping  - $10.00 for orders under $250 
- FREE shipping for orders over $250
- Tracking number supplied with the confirmation email.  
- Insurance up to $100 value.

USA:
- 2-4 day shipping with UPS or Postal Service (when strike ends)
- Flat fee shipping  - $10.00 for orders under $250 
- FREE shipping for orders over $250
- Tracking number supplied with the confirmation email.  
- Insurance up to $100 value.

Rest of World:

International shipping rates applied at the checkout. 

Shipments are sent by UPS Courier or Canada Post and a tracking number will be provided in your post order email. You will also find this with your order. (postal service will not be used during the strike period).
